The accommodation was lovely and perfect for the three of us. The landlord and his team helped us out whenever we had any issues or let us know in advance if something was happening that would affect us.

The flat is lovely and modern, and has everything we need in it. Tracey and Peter were a great help when we were choosing a flat and especially when we moved in, nothing was a problem and anything we needed they did their best to help. The flats have lovely comfy sofas in and feel homier than I had expected from ‘student’ flats, they’re definitely worth the money. Any problems that come up get sorted really quickly and we’ve had no issues with getting anything done.

The accommodation was in a great location with no problems and the landlord (Pete) was always easy to contact and helped whenever we needed it. Any problems with the flat were fixed very quickly (within a couple of days).

Pete was friendly from the outset and showed us around the property himself which was useful as we could ask any questions we had. When we moved in we were also provided with phone numbers for plumber, electrician etc for use in emergencies which was very useful. Any complaints or problems in the house were always resolved within a few days at maximum.

Our house was very big a spacious with any essential furniture included in the price of the rent. We loved living in our house and stayed there for 2 years as we didn't want to move. He was a very friendly landlord throughout and our deposit was returned on checking of the property, within a few weeks of the tenancy finishing. I would without hesitation live in a property managed by Pete again.

I always enjoyed the flat and it definitely looks good in terms of furnishings and decor and was brilliant to live in.
